Here is a list of crisis support should you need it, you may want to contact them if you’re in acute emotional distress, want to talk or feel you would benefit from some immediate support. As much as we wish we could support you directly in a time of need, we are not professionals and we don’t have the capacity to provide crisis support. We hear you, we see you and you are deserving of help. There is no shame whatsoever in asking for help, remember that.
The recommended pathway for those in immediate mental health crisis, having suicidal ideation, have attempted suicide, have thoughts or have selfharmed is attending your local A+E department, you can arrive yourself, or call an ambulance if there is an immediate risk to life and are in need of physical care.
NHS 111, option 2 also provides a mental health crisis helpline that can provide support over the phone.
GP Surgeries can also provide support to those struggling and can signpost and refer for other support where needed.
